Winvic is the UK's leading industrial shed specialist and a major main contractor in data centres, civils and infrastructure, with over 110 million sq ft of industrial space delivered. Fast-programme builds, national footprint, many live sites at once.

Problem

Fast-turnaround industrial and data centre programmes run on labour that moves. Crews change week to week, many workers do not have English as a first language, and every site needs every worker inducted to the same standard. Delivering that consistently across a national portfolio of live sites, without slowing mobilisation, is a structural problem, not an admin one.

Solution

Winvic is working with LUMA1 to digitise site inductions across its portfolio, alongside toolbox talks and skills training. Content is short, visual and multilingual, built for a workforce that watches on a phone. Every completion and every comprehension check is recorded per worker, per site, so the standard travels with the worker and the evidence stays with Winvic.

Result

Site inductions that used to depend on who was presenting that morning are now consistent across the portfolio, delivered in the worker's own language, with a record of understanding behind every one. The partnership keeps widening as new sites come online.

Integration

Live integration with Winvic's site access system, connecting induction status to the gate.
